Quick version for how to modify/add strings:
	1. get latest version on this folder
	2. get latest on '8_tools\LocalizationExporter\' folder
	3. check out translation.xml, DB_STRINGS.xml and locale.xml
	4. open translation.xml to edit in Excel
	5. add your strings and alias', then save and CLOSE (make sure translation file is not open or selected in Alienbrain either)
	6. get latest again to make sure nobody else updated while you were doing so
	7. run Buildlocale.bat and pick option 1 to update the locale.xml file
	8. check translation.xml, DB_STRINGS.xml and locale.xml back in to Alienbrain!


NOTE: do not modify the "en_US" strings or aliases in DB_STRINGS.xml, it is auto-generated from strings in the database (modify the database directly if you need to change them)
NOTE: If you are using a DB form (like the mission editor), be sure it is closed before running Buildlocale.bat!
